Our products are handmade to order. The whole process of throwing, trimming, drying, bisque firing, sanding, glazing and glaze firing takes several weeks. You can expect your order to be ready to be delivered in 21 days. Large orders may require an extended production period, in which case we will contact you to propose and adapted delivery time.
We sell and ship worldwide. Shipping is not included in the catalog prices. When ordering from outside the EU additional costs may be applicable.
We carefully wrap and thoroughly pack all our pieces. It is very rare for breakages to occur, however if your piece(s) arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs of delivery with images of your piece and the box if applicable. On items broken during transport we will provide you with a replacement (where possible) or a refund depending on the preference of the customer.
Please be aware of the handmade, individual nature of our products. Each plate or bowl is unique, with small differences between products. We consider this inherent to the charm of handmade products. However if you believe there is a defect or a fault in your purchase please contact us with a description and images (if applicable) within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Customers can return goods within 14 calendar days upon receipt, without giving reasons. Before returning your order, a cancellation inquiry must be submitted by mail. Goods should be shipped back as soon as possible, in unused and as new sellable conditions. In the case of a valid revocation the purchase price will be refunded after the goods have been received by the seller. The shipping costs of returned goods have to be paid by the customer.
